Congratulations Brian Magee!

Brian Magee won one of the biggest battles of his career this past Saturday night. He beat Mads Larsen to win the Super-Middleweight European Title in Aarhus, Denmark with a Technical Knock-Out in only 7 rounds. Besides winning the €155,000 purse Brian also won the recognition of becoming only the eleventh Irishman in history to ever win such a belt.
Brian’s ability became too much for the Dane very early on in the fight. He floored Larsen once in the fifth and twice in the sixth before the fight was stopped by the referee after the Dane was knocked down once again only 15 seconds into the seventh round.
